Welcome to the Shipping Policy for August Quinn Books—aka the place where we clarify how your books actually get from the internet into your hands. Spoiler alert: it’s not me packing boxes in my living room while Roxi supervises and Cookie naps on the bubble wrap.
1. Who Handles Shipping?
All shipping is managed exclusively through Amazon. When you purchase an August Quinn book, Amazon does all the heavy lifting: processing, packing, taping, labeling, and launching your package into the world.
Translation: I don’t see, touch, or sniff your boxes. (Roxi would eat them, and Xena would guard them with her life. It’s safer this way.)
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Because Amazon runs the show, shipping options and delivery times depend on the choices you make at checkout (Prime, standard, expedited, drone drop-off if Jeff Bezos gets wild).

3. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package gets lost, arrives late, or looks like it went three rounds with a Roomba, that’s on Amazon’s logistics team. Contact Amazon Customer Service for help—they have more tracking powers than I do.
4. International Shipping
Amazon offers international shipping to many countries. If you’re outside the U.S., your local Amazon site will let you know what’s possible. I don’t decide the borders—if I did, every country would have better snacks and mandatory bulldog parades.
